Where can I download my invoices from?
eLORganizer invoices are sent to your email address we have on file by our payment provider Stripe.
Feel free to contact us and we will gladly locate any missing invoices.
My shared link is no longer working, why is that?
Please check all of the following:
- Ensure that the shared link contains all the characters generated by the system
- Confirm that the subscription is still active
My subscription expired, can I still view saved LORs?
Yes. Don’t worry, you will still have access to the account with limited functions like viewing the saved LORs.
My subscription expired, will I lose my saved data?
Yes. eLORganizer gives a grace period of a month for users to transfer the saved data if no longer interested in the service.
Keep in mind, for a low price, you can continue to store the data safely indefinitely.
If it’s been longer than a month since your subscription expired, please contact us.
How do I renew my subscription?
Subscriptions are automatic.
If you would like to change the subscription settings, please do the following:
- Log into your account
- Go to Settings -> Subscription
